Amazing_TiTo and I did our own WTFBBQ today as the official one was too far from us to make!

Bike broke in middle of ride yesterday. So ditched it and did a 4 mile run after a 3 mile bike ride. Now to get bike fixed before this weekend.

House appraisal done, New interest rate locked in and moving forward with closing on refi. Things are moving along.
