[IRL Update] I've got so much life & work stuff going on that I feel like I haven't had a chance to breathe. Even on days I tried to let myself have off, I'm internally stressing about deadlines I have to meet & other things.

[RP] I don't expect to get back any tags, really. J/ happened upon a writing spurt, replied to folks on memes - I usually have better luck tagging into things than top leveling - & figured I'd ride the wave of creativity while I have it bc usually I'm so blocked. I still have an older thread to respond to so will have to get to that sometime soon, aahh.

So eff me, today's travels have been an ordeal. Forgot to stick a luggage tag w/ my info on the bag I complimentary checked, flight attendant forgot to serve refreshments to my entire row, & I'm stuck waiting for my final flight to California bc if you Google "Phoenix airport" I'm stuck there for a suspicious package investigation.

Guh, I can't help but worry about my dad over in the Philippines where Typhoon Ompong/Mangkhut is headed. I don't think his province is in its pathway, but when you have loved ones in this situation you worry. Last year, he was scared for us here in FL for Irma, so now it's reversed.

[Meme] Writing quirks?
1) Being verbose & constructing longer sentences that could probably be pared down to 2 shorter ones
2) Overuse of commas and em dashes
3) Sneaking in "mischievous glint" where I can as a reference to some prank video w/ Eskimos I watched w/ my sis & a friend yeeeeeears ago
4) ...basically sucking but trying to fix it where I can, eep

I set my family's old printer up to print/scan wirelessly from/to my computer, & I feel stupidly adult & accomplished.
