Just weighed myself. Have lost another five pounds whilst away on pilgrimage - 34 in total now
Just back from 10-day pilgrimage to Poland. What a wonderful country. Went to so many shrines and churches.
Just dropped the cat off at the cattery. He managed to loosen the door of his pet carrier whilst we were on the way.

Think I have finished packing. No doubt I shall think of something else to sqeeze in tomorrow.
Finished work today and am all set for my pilgrimage to Poland on Monday
