Today's Tea: I had to try the Caramel Brulee Latte (decaf) from Starbucks. Tasty but all this fancy-schmancy stuff is just too darn sweet.
Quickie breakfast before leaving for my acupuncture appointment: Macoun apple and three Babybel cheeses (muy restrained on my part, I know, to not eat all six at once).

Just finished Jo Walton's _Tooth and Claw_ - "Jane Austen, with dragons". Wow. Great book! Loved it!
