Got Ms Vista 32-bit and dual core cpus? Use wubi/ubuntu and notice the speed difference even in graphics cards, its amazing

Still some minor Nvidia settings to fix compiz issues but overall wubi to get Ubuntu on MSVista without partition a success

using wubi to do real ubuntu install without using partitions..seems to work nice
