I have not felt good all week. Hopefully by the end of the week I feel better. Yuck.

Recorded some spots for the station yesterday. I will put them up once I think they sound decent.

I need to join a health club. I need their equipment to keep up with my work outs.

I was thinking about all the people that have helped me or offered to help me with the station over the short time I have been up

I had a new listener in Virginia for 12 hours yesterday and a new listener in Germany for 5. Pretty cool.

It's becoming more and more apparent that our elected reps can't handle the pressure of voting to get us out of this economic mess

I changed my mellow show "Lush Life" from 6 til 8am to a later spot. It's now runs from 8 til 10. I think more will be awake at this time.
