Playing with a 3GP video conversion tool,I can convert 700MB avi's to 130MB 3gp's and watch full movies on my T-Mobile Dash.Pretty sweet!

fixed the .NET issue,after installing 2.0 it must be updated w/sp1 before restart or it will crash running hp imaging,at least on this PC.

Working..trying to fix a .NET 2.0 crash.
