went to Sleeping Bear for afternoon - Dune climb, Empire beach with playground & Glen Arbor. Then home for ribs, corn, heirloom tomato salad w/ kalamatas & feta, and strawberry shortcake for dessert

the beach was fun, but someone invited the biting flies so we only stayed 90 minutes, then went over to Dad's for a swim in the little lake.
