sorry for sad posting i am just not coping well apparently and i promised not to kill myself

i need to yell for like 4 hours and shave my head and get new skin and explode and then come back and i will be. ok

i thought i was just doing bad cause i hadnt been outside in a few days but now i am outside and still feel like yelling and screaming maybe i should try it during the day
