@ dr. 7 a.m. for physical, then dentist @ 9 a.m.Leaving for work in 2 minutes.

Home. Tired. Made baked chicken croquettes. Hubby thought they were yummy--I did too!

Up. Congested. Moving in slo-mo.

I feel better. Went to the gym. Did Nu-Step, Leg Press and Arm Bicycle. Then I swam for 15 minutes. After I went food shopping with hubby.

Didn't sleep well last night. Very tired. And allergic.

Home from dinner. A bit tired. Very muggy outside.

Just woke up from a long nap. Off to supper.
