up and going to the memorial service this morning.

managed a 0.58 mile walk. Hip hip hooray... (there is a pun there - I injured my hip a couple weeks ago & haven't been able to run or walk)

thinking of trying a low-impact exercise class this evening. I need something to boost my mood and energy.

sad and in shock: just heard the news that a friend's daughter (2 yrs old) died last night. No one knows why, they found her this morning.
