just woke up, feels like i already wasted a day

had a teeth cleaning this morning for the first time ever no need for fillings, he said i have good teeth!

SO sun burnt!!

an early dentist appointment! even though i work there, i haven't had a cleaning/filling/check up my whole life &my teeth are just fine!
