Flying back to Taiwan tomorrow..

Taiwan Taroko Gorge half marathon on Nov. 7 coming up.

Ran 9.3km this morning. 53min 1 sec. From Kennedy Town Praya to Pokfulam ShaWan drive and back.

went to the Bierfest at Marco Polo yesterday...wife got a bit drunk and couldn't really walk back home...

taking a day off today...nice to just take a break and relax..

Meet some new friends at another pipe band in HK..really nice people. Do nice people want to play the pipes or does the pipe make them nice?

Practiced the bagpipes again up at LongFuShan..nice little pavilion beside the trail up to the peak..

Forgot to mention, Lantau peak is the second highest in HK...934m above sea level...

Climbed up Lantau Peak. Quite a steep climb and need good boots. Should have a breathtaking view but was covered in clouds..nice anyway..
