ang di gets ng mga rank & file team members ko ay mas mataas ang expectations sa mga people leaders. hindi automatic "meets expectations" ang year end performance appraisals namin. as a matter of fact in my 11 years as people leader i have been rated "below expectations" three times. being a leader is hard people think it is just all about the money & title
kanina tinaasan ko ng boses yung manager ng kabilang team. nangungulit sa team member ko ng data para sa audit na siya ang accountable pero hindi man lang ako informed sa request. gusto under the table. pambihira.
