so happy: My first ever lib brd preso went great tonite. They agreed to the rec'd solution & pilot project!! 
violence shld b last resort BUT all spyware, adware, & trojan creators shld be hung; their work takes away many precious hrs from IT staff!
waiting on uploads, installs, reboots, backups, etc.: the life of IT support! traveling around NE KS today; be back later; have a good one!
lesson learned tonight: don't cancel yr cable & not have a weather radio; after storm passed, i went & bought a weather radio
