TIRED - dividing up my parents estate is exhausting. Can't imagine what it would be like if we couldn't cooperate.
I love the way sibs who live elsewhere swoop in and say - don't bother fixing things you will still get a good price when you put the house on the market. No concept of the local market & what buyers want.
My sister arrives today! The bros tomorrow & the weekend is designated for dividing my parents estate. There will be lots left to sell along with the house so it will still be months before all is done.
