Only 1 cup of coffee so far woot!

Looks like I'm having pizza tonight. So much for my diet lol.

Drinking coffee, listening to music, and playing with my doggies. Not sure what I want to do today. Any ideas?

Mentally, physically, emotionally, psychologically, preparing myself for the Chinese buffet I'm about to dive into!

I'm going to go do a very intense kickboxing session on my heavy bag. I need to get back into shape, I think my back is finally healed.

How much do you have to use a computer before you stop owning it and it starts owning you?

All of these "happy fathers day" to dead fathers is making me very emotional. Someday I will be doing that
