today the quantity of my sweat got 1 liter lo...2 hours badminton+2 hours of dancing...haha...

wow...play badminton tis morning..i oledi few years din play d...but it is really fun..n watched ip man 2...walao...yip man so leng zai la..

erm....feel abit better..but oso feeling not well...later gonna play badminton...hope i wont die at there...hahaha...

today sneeze over 50 times...omg...my nose wanna drop d...

omg....my gums pain again....swollen...]
