Just heard from my company; our Sugar Land campus is w/o power & has trees down; also wanted to know if any emps needed assistance from co.

Logging in to my desk to see what craziness has occurred while Ike came through.

Well, we've done everything we can to secure the house. Now we're settling in to wait for Ike to come ashore.

Waiting for an extension ladder to become available so that I can take down dead branches. Looking forward to doing normal work on my desk.

Going to Tossed for lunch today!
