while we had a good dinner (+1 funghi, +1 giancale), it was not the focaccia piazza that I desired. They were closed.

very tired with a bubbly mind. I want some more pizza and gelato. Bouncing in the room for a quick refreshment and then off to dinner.

the opening ceremony to Terra Madre was freaking awesome. Speakers very moving. Alice Waters, Vanda Shiva, and the Prince of Wales +++ :-)

he has never had his palate satiated like it is. 4.3h dinner. 1.3am need to be up at 7a for travel to Turin, yay.;-)
