Fell sick. Most prob from injesting too much dust over the last 2 weeks!

dislike thunderstorm mornings! All the kids wake up and queueing up to let kids alight in school... then queueing up to get out again... zzz

Yong Le did not nap at all whole day no matter how we try to coax him. Finally asleep now after the long day. phew....

First time in years I get to watch a movie from start till the end in peace.

After a while of not doing T50 (2 x T25) it feels amazing to do it again! Tomorrow begin Insanity proper though, starting with the Fit Test!
