Day 2 of P90X (plyometrics). I usually wouldn't tweet about a w/o (& don't worry, I won't make a habit of it), but man I earned this tweet.
I am now starting to get really soar from the P90X workout this morning (chest/back/abs). it's a burner.
P90X prep starts. Taking before pics and measurements. Setting up the pullup bar & doing the fit test a little later.
