i need some sort of motivation to loose weight. does anyone have any tips?

so the river wasnt really fun, couldnt get out on the water..beeb home for about 4 hours, and now about to head out to dinner with my girls!

morning me and jake are headed to the river today! wahoo.

so my internet has been acting weird all day, and now that its time to go to work in a bit, it starts working :| erg.

so last night my pot roast was YUMMY slept good with last night. now i am relaxing till work.

went and sold the blackberry i won offa ebay to a friend of mine, and got me a smoothie from smoothie king

my boyfriend more than anything in this world; well my family and my puppy too<3

i am about to play ps3 (CODMW2)!
