I'm a freelance multimedia and 3D designer. I'm usually busy modeling, texturing and rigging models for virtual worlds or tutoring clients on how to do those 3 things these days.
Fitted Mesh Blender Update: Ok, so I couldn't pull myself away and gave conversion of the files a go. So far, I have the cBone weights in and they work. Visually, the bones are rotated, but they work properly.
Dead SL Clothing Deformer: So, I just read the comment from Oz on the JIRA that states the deformer is officially dropped. I'm glad they finally said something.
FaeryCat: I did some experimenting in InWorldz last night, and mesh worked great so far. They don't have materials though, which is a bummer. But, they are working on it. Check out the last post in the link.
