ill be back for my 3 shots of immunization vaccine, and have nica for her medical exam at st lukes clinic in manila on friday.

im so excited ... and i just cant hide iy....

oh.. have to wake @ 5:30am so that i can make it on time for my medical at st lukes on the 23rd of june...my call time is 7am.. whooaahh....
