BMI sky rockted from 10-18% in 3 months' of pigging out & cut back on gym hours. Damned it!!!!Getting it down to 15% - starting today.

I need to get back into my China mode. otherwise it's just plain unbearable to be going back to SH.

going back to SH today. miss peanut a lot but kinda don't want to go either.

is somewhat disappointed. couldn't book flight seat for Sunday now have to leave by tomorrow. New Moon wasn't great either. damned.
