i need to print out the US public holidays list. it completely slipped my mind that it's an extended weekend for me, too! i only realised it a little while back when i sat down to work... lol.

i forgot to share this earlier. my mom made nommy snacks this weekend. cheesy noodles fritters, topped with chicken, sweet corn, peas, in a white sauce base. SO yummy! :-D
