so Ping.fm can send it out, but can it retrieve - centralizing all remarks to my pings?
Looking into Ping.fm a little more. Got it set up to update all of my social networks but there is a lot more to it.

Plurk admits concept/interface is weak or it wouldn't need to "bribe" you to use it with Karma and additional functions beyond karma levels
