Toby had to have emergency surgery the day before yesterday as someone at a BBQ Saturday night gave him bones and it got stuck in his stomach.

I realised again today that I honestly just live for the next day. My first thought in the morning is... just so many days before I can sleep in. Just so many days before this or that. I need to stop and enjoy the moment.

I'm proud of myself, I've done my daily exercise every day of the long weekend and this morning. I like when I'm motivated.

Today was indeed a day of doing nothing, I already feel ready to tackle busier day tomorrow!

I'm going to consume plenty chocolate and hot cross buns this weekend. I'm going to eat the blues away and crash from a sugar high in the office next week.
