I went to T-Bones with my bestest friend who has been MIA for quite awhile..it was so nice to get out & wonderful to see her again

I'm home from therapy...stopped by work to say hi & picked up a few things. Overdid it a bit. Knee is swollen & hurting, but it will be ok
