for some reason, I could not sleep last night. I spent the afternoon in bed trying to catch up a bit. I'm pretty sure I will sleep tonight.

staples are out...it hurt, but not as much as I thought. Now I think I'll go take a lil nap

the staples come out this morning. Trying not to think about it. After that, back to bed. Had a bad night. Pain level hit 10!

A good day! Therapy was better than yesterday & after, I totally fell asleep; woke about an hour later & the knee was not hurting!
