Got up to do the weekly weigh in - my whole family is losing weight, it's awesome! But I still has a sleepy so I think it's time for another nap!

Back to work after two weeks off......BUT I only have 3 weeks left at this job then I move on to greener pastures!

Now it's got me wondering what my avi would look like in RL....

I have noticed that this months' Shark week has not been terribly bad as far as pain and cramping or bloating - could it be related to diet/exercise? maybe

Have been keeping very active with house work and 2 crazy dogs and 1 crazy puppy to constantly play with, walk and take out to potty in the 100+ degree heat ...bring on fall!

Haven't posted food stuff in a couple days, but it's all been healthy! Starting this morning off with a cup of greek yogurt and a small mug of coffee with a couple tsps of sugar and creamer.

Got on the scale just for fun today, though it's not an official weigh in for our contest - I dropped 2lbs since Friday!
