Back at work. Figuring out what I didn't do last week so I can do it this week.

Took a short 12 mile bicycle ride this morning. Had to cut it short for a family obligation in about an hour.

Just saw the Japanese film "Departures." It was powerful and definitely deserved the "Best Foreign Film" Oscar this year.

Just finished a 22.5 mile bicycle ride. Weather was great, but it's really starting to warm up now. Glad to be indoors.
