Still need to have a tele visit but had blood work done yesterday and looking at the results, my ldl cholesterol is pretty high.

Eating some oatmeal right now but anyone have suggested foods for lunch, dinner I should focus on eating?

[NexusLARP] Been working on a first draft for Kainé and while I got the general idea about a couple of good abilities for her, I'm pondering what other aspects about her characterization can I feasibly include as mechanics for her sheet.

[Nexus LARP] Been writing a good number of sheets for the system and it's been fun to adapt various aspects of characters I know into the system.

Previously, I've only done this for characters I wrote, but this time I'm writing for others and there's that light worry of "Oh boy. I hope they like what I came up with"
