I won a medal for 3rd place in today's 5K Race!

42 min run, 3.5 miles today inn 35F and wind. Great run, but BBBRRRRRRRR!!!

3.5 miles this morning and feeling fine. I may stay with this distance/time for a while, as 1 tendon is complaining a bit.

Turkey Trot accomplished! 3.1 miles run +29 mins walking with dawgs!

WOOT! 3 miles of trails in 35F weather. Someone remind me why I moved all the way to southern CA?!? But I'm down 9 pounds in 5 weeks, and I feel WAY strong these days!
