well been moving small stuff the last couple days, still feels a bit odd, but am getting use to the fact I now own a house
Finally I have closed on my house and will get my keys tonight!! Now the fun part...moving
Well, wont close today, but the paperwork should be at the bank, so they can send funds to the title company..
Well I am told that the seller is going to be releaseing the HUD1 soon...will I actually close today?
I wonder if the seller will get the papers into title today se we can finally close.....

well we had to send the seller a cure notice to see if that will get them moving as close was suppose to be the 19th..
well lets see, it is after 2pm on east coast, so chances are that I will not close and get keys to my new house today..
well, will I close on the house today, or end up losing this weekend to move? stay tuned to find out....
