[Weightloss][Good News] I've lost nearly 30 pounds since Jan 10th. Aaaa I'm so proud of myself.

[diet] I've been on one designed for me by a nutritionist for about 2 weeks now. I know I've lost weight but I dont like to scale watch since not hitting an arbitrary goal in my head can be discouraging but my pants are fitting better and my co workers noticed which makes me feel really happy.
