back today, had a nice weekend. Went canoeing and got a workout. Wind was so strong, it blew us upstream part of the time!

dd is sick. Has been throwing up periodically for the last 4+ hours. I keep hoping she is done so she can sleep!

Started taking Prednisone yesterday because of an inflammation of C7-C8 vertebra. Hardly slept. Thanks, Prednisone.

just made two phone calls that I thought would be difficult and braced myself for . . . and they went fine.

did not even turn the computer on at home last night. I seem to be so bored with everything lately.

having a hard time starting this morning. Got a lot accomplished yesterday, but am very tired this AM.

Daughter ( is sad. Neighbor boy told her he used to have a hermit crab, and they like swimming in hot water. So she decided to be nice.

to figure out what to have for dinner . . .
