sorry i have been missing so much but got 2 co-workers down and am having to take a pot load of extra shifts.. Hope to be back in October.

been playing around with poses again. I found a bunch of vids on youtube about hooping and really liked them.

feeling like a new woman today. Got new glasses, had my hair cut short, and got my meds all sorted out for diabetes. Feeling grand!

had a good time with neice and nephew letting off fireworks for the holiday. I have done fireworks in the back yard in years

taking care of a friend in Washington, DC the rest of this week. She had ankle surgery and needs a helping hand. See ya soon.
