on the bottom right where it says 'friends and my plurks' click and select 'only my plurks'

However this will only show plurks you created. Finding the ones conversing in is a bit different. Mute helps (for the ones you don't want)

You can also do a search (lower right). Also save the page of a plurk like this:

I've saved some like that as bookmarks, so I can go back to them easily. Also good for staff dev for quick access & clean interface.
