Do you use Plurk and Twitter for different things?

totally. I use twitter mainly to get news and other updates. Not at all for interaction.

It seems like a lot more people I know are now using Twitter only for interaction. Maybe an even split w/ my Plurk buddies. Conflicted.

well, I just prefer the threaded conversations here. Twitter is fine for me for short exchanges, kind of like text messages.

but if it's going to be more than a few lines I find Twitter too clunky

Hmmm. I guess my biggest problem with Plurk is that it doesn't archive well, compared to Twitter. I can find old content more readily there.

yeah, the search here is a bit better, but it's no hashtags

yesyes. Twitter is more what I'm doing, plurk is more what i'm feeling, and the other plurk is more for randomness. Haha.
