I bought a card from a physical store, and when I called to cancel the contract within the 30 days, they gave me a return kit.

turns out that the return kit wasn't the right thing -- I should have sent the card back to the store

fast forward to today (two months later) and I find out that the store is trying to collect the ETF on me
