I finally unpacked my mother's antiques that I got last July. Am feeling a little sad tonight. It is still hard to see her in nursing home.

She was, she was there when we were packing up her house. I think it was harder on us.
Of course. You think of them as 'her things' where as to her they are just things
Yeah, maybe something like that. But, it was also the finality of the event. We had to accept that she wouldn't be moving home again.

ut it off for almost a year, but was surprised how it still affected me last night.The house was finally sold last month
