Maybe I'm just old and stupid but I find Plurk and Friend Feed both very difficult to read and follow. That's what made Twitter so good.

It took a day or two for me to get used to Plurk, but now I find it easier to follow than Twitter. Twitter is difficult with a lot of subs!

I agree - they are less intuitive than Twitter and have a messier, harder to see interface.

i felt the same way. Now, however, I'm starting to "get" plurk. FF is still iffy for me, but I like it here now.

give it some time to your learning curve... watch to convo that you are interested in mute the others

Twitter simple interface is easy to follow what is going on. For Plurk, you have to interact more with the system.

Thanks LindaZ but I didn't really learn anything new there. I get the I/F I just find it cumbersome.

the interface is easy, the conversations aren't... I still use both but I find myself talking on Plurk and broadcasting w/Twitter

I also find it annoying that it's difficult to follow your fans back- simply takes too many clicks.

fans are useless... you want to friend everyone otherwise they cannot converse with you or pvt msg you..you can always unfollow their plurks

to make sure that the e-mail address you use here is one that you don't mind sharing because when you "Friend" someone they get your address
