I saw the doctor and she did nothing for me, I need a physical therapist. Never thought I'd say that.
when sitting down draw the alphabet with your toes, helps strengthen big time
Massage the shit out of the area that hurts. It will hurt alot, but it will get better in the long run (pun intended).
Oh, it feels like a barbed-wire massage, but you feel fantastic afterwards.
That's why you get a stick. No contact at all. Aside from plastic, I guess.
when ur sitting in class raise ur toes while ur sitting like ur trying to make them touch ur shins
and do it till u cant anymore
