But MGS Rising isn't exclusive anymore.

MGS Rising hasn't been announced on any console before, so I don't know how you could presume to say that its "not exclusive anymore".

So far Rising has only been announced on the xbox and I believe it was part of the "Xbox Exclusives" part of the press release.

Twitter and Facebook "compatibility"? More like new features instead of just allowing compatibility on both platforms.

We all know its multiplatform, but we can't declare it yet. And if any press knows any better, they wouldn't say so yet either. Thus, this.

No mention of MGS Rising on Sony's press conference. This is why I'd rather not jump the gun on these announcements.
