below where you type your normal plurk words is a link that says privacy options

in IT you click the "only to _____" box and start typing their name, which it will find for you

had some flukey luck w/it though so don'make a headline you will be upset to see public, sometimes it acts like its going thru & doesnt

i tried it from the dropdown in one of his plurks and it said i cant message him cause hes not my friend (but he is!)

notes you have to use your friend's actual plurk ID, not the nickname. Start typing the name and see if it pops up below where you're typing

sometimes goofy, flueky things like that happen here ... I always try again -or in an hour or so, usually rights itself

you should seea little lock over the plurk, too - signifying its difference from the public ones

sees a lock!
