i can tell u how at the top of your screen there u will find an edit beside the my profile then click the cuztomize prof. on the bottom .

u will find plurk layouts click it and u will find some plurk layouts then if u have found one that u like at the bottom of the picture..

it says continue reading then click it and again at the bottom of the picture it says dowload click and it link to ur page and click save..

thats it now u have a plurk theme ^_^
