it is really hard to teach everyone in all of your classes everything...the ranges for learning are always so broad...

I've been working on a take-home final for the last 7 days. (9 Excel Solver problems). I have two left, and I can't for the life of me

think of how to solve them. I only have to make a 68 on the final to make an A in the class, so I'm about the wave the white flag too.

It's my last one, then I graduate with a BBA in Management Information Systems with a 3.97 GPA. So not all surrenders are from slackers.

I used to hate take home finals! They are usually *much* harder cuz the profs know you can look stuff up.

agrees with Dan. Some of the surrenders are peeps who were happy with their course grade and didn't want to - or just couldn't - improve.

that must be a wicked Excel exam!

reminds me of the couple of occasions that I had to visit the prof's office because he couldn't read my handwriting.
