I really liked the quote "I guess, you could say that Pleasant Valley took a bullet-the bullets-for us.
It explains how because of what happened there, it wouldn't happen to them
I also liked when Avery said, "I mean, you know how grown-ups are. They've basically got the attention spans of a fruit fly."
I thought it was kind of funny how he could compare adults attention span to fruit flies. It's funny how different people's thoughts can be
I like this story thus far.
i agree..that sounds like something an adult would say about a kid...but it's true..my dad has ZERO attention span. and he's 60!!
I think that adults are kind of dumb sometimes... they really don't know how kids think! Maybe they THINK they know but usually, they don't!
I think that there really is no difference between adults and kids. I mean sometimes I feel like I know well beyond what my mother does in
some cases. It's just they're had a much longer time to experience, and see things and we haven't. It could make them wiser, but nowadays
it seems like children are well beyond their age.
i agree..sometimes kids just bring a different perspective
I totally agree... I mean just look at some adults... and then at some kids.
I think the way life is makes people see adults and children differently. I know that children and adults have different aspects on things
and different perspectives, but that doesn't necessarily make them smarter. We're kind of all smart in our own little way.
